End of summer, but I am still finding fresh peaches in our markets so I am making a Peach Sangria for the weekend. I use a Pinot Grigio (Mirassou makes a good one https://drizly.com/mirassou-pinot-grigio/p1679 and a Barefoot Pinot Grigio works well) but have also used a sparkling white wine.
- I cut the very ripe peaches into thin slices or cubes
- 1 shot of peach brandy helps the flavor
- Add the chilled wine to your Mason Infuser and let infuse for 2 hours in the refrigerator
- Serve chilled
